Booking

 
TOP Line d.o.o. Portorož markets its own services, accommodation facilities,those of other contracted business partners and acts as an agent in resale of other services. All reservations can be made through our web sites (www.apartment-piran.com, www.topline.si, www.venice.si, www.benetke.com) and through other providers. We issue a certificate by email or classic mail for each confirmation. When booking, the guest is obliged to book all children and adults.

Confirmation

Each individual reservation is confirmed when the guest completes the entire procedure through any of our websites and TOP Line d.o.o. receives payment for the ordered services. Payment can be made by cash (at corporate seat), by credit card (at a distance or at corporate seat) or by transferring to the company’s IBAN.

Cancelling

Reservations can be changed or canceled, depending on the type of services ordered. When a client makes a request for a booking, each sent out offer has cancellation conditions stated or a link to them is provided to the designated web site. In cases of late cancellations or if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the price of the entire service.

Pricing

All prices are in € (eur) and include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the overnight stay. It is calculated upon arrival of the guests, as follows:
Adult: € 2.50 per person per night
Children: from 7 to 17,99 years: € 1.25 per person per night
Children under 6,99 years are exempted from the tourist tax.

TOP Line reserves the right to change prices without notice for new bookings.
